The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 for e-wallets and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits are applied at the account level and may vary based on your verification status and VIP tier.
Withdrawal requests are processed by gul911 within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours under normal operating conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your gul911 Account. gul911 does not guarantee specific processing times, as delays may occur due to banking system maintenance, public holidays, or additional verification requirements.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gul911 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gul911 accepts no responsibility. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at the point of transaction.
gul911 offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.
Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before withdrawal. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 must generate at least Rp 2,000,000 in total wagers before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms.
Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games typically contribute 10%–20%; sports betting wagers typically contribute 100% at odds of 1.50 or above. Exact contribution rates for each game or category are published within the individual promotion terms.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation. gul911 will endeavor to notify players of approaching expiry via in-platform notification or email, but this notification does not constitute an obligation.
